Description

An innovative and ultralight 16inch children's bike designed for all-round use by children aged four years and over.

Frame

• Frame material: lightweight, high-quality AA 6061 aluminum with butted tubes
• 16inch wheels
• Easy handling: low entry, very low riding position, long wheelbase and stable steering geometry result in good balance and more grins

Wheels

• Ultralight SOOPA-DOOPA-HOOPS aluminum rims
• Lightweight aluminum hubs with sealed bearings and mount for woom click-on mudguards
• Installation and removal with 5 mm hex key
• 16 lightweight, super strong stainless steel spokes, crossed spoking

Fork

• Lightweight aluminum unicrown fork
• 1inch steerer tube
• Generous trail angle for easy, well-balanced handling

Tires

• 16 x 1.4 Schwalbe Little Joe – woom edition
• High-quality, lightweight tyres for good shock absorption, low rolling resistance and maximum grip
• Car-type valves allow the tyres to be pumped up at petrol stations (where permitted)
• Reflective stripes on the sides of the tyres for optimal visibility even in low-light conditions

Headset
• Fully integrated 1inch headset
• Sealed industrial-grade bearings
• Integrated Ahead plug Steering limiter
• There's a small rubber ring between the fork and frame to safely limit the amount that the rider can steer. This helps the child to ride in a straighter, more consistent line and prevents potential falls caused by over-steering.

Stem

• Superlight stem made out of forged aluminum
• 40 mm/+15°
• The recessed clamp bolts and the sleek, rounded design make the stem extremely knee-friendly
• Handlebars attached to stem with two 5 mm hexagon socket bolts

Saddle

• Ergonomically designed to fit children's pelvises
• Side protection for when leaned against walls

Handlebars

• Wide, ergonomically adapted and lightweight aluminium bars for more control
• BMX style with high rise for maximum adjustability

Seatpost

• Anodized aluminum seatpost with minimum insertion mark, plus integrated seatpost shim
Grips
• woom Ergogrips with a small, child-friendly diameter

Seatpost clamp

• Made from aluminum
• Extra-long quick-release lever, easy to operate requiring only minimal strength

• Lightweight, forged 95 mm aluminum cranks with narrow tread (Q-factor)
• Beginner gearing: 18 teeth in the front and 10 teeth in the back

Brake
